Article 1 – Scope
These GTCS apply to all sales of products made by Brasserie de l’Improbable SA (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") to its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"), via the websitewww.limprobable.ch, email, phone or in person.
Article 2 – Acceptance of the T&Cs
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 3 – Products and offers
Descriptions and images are indicative. The Seller may modify them without notice.
Article 4 – Ordering process
The order becomes firm after written confirmation by the Seller.
Article 5 – Prices and payment
Prices are in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon confirmation. Retention of title until full payment.
Article 6 – Delivery and shipping
Delivery is made exclusively in Switzerland. Indicative delivery times are 3 to 10 working days from the confirmation of the order and payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays and Swiss public holidays. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of order based on weight and destination (they will be clearly indicated before validation). The Seller reserves the right to offer free delivery from a certain amount (e.g. CHF 200 or more – to be defined according to your policy). Risk transfer occurs as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier (La Poste or other partner). Packages are treated as "fragile".
Article 7 – Inspection, complaints and returns
The Client must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify any claims in writing (email) within 8 calendar days. Due to hygiene reasons and the perishable nature of food products (beers), opened, consumed, or damaged packaging beers cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted in the case of damage during transport or delivery errors by the Seller, and only with prior written agreement. Return costs are the responsibility of the Client, except in the case of an error by the Seller.
Article 8 – Sale of alcohol and protection of minors
In accordance with Swiss legislation, the sale of beer is prohibited to persons under 16 years of age. By placing the order, the Customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old. The Seller may request identification.
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the ordered products.
Article 10 – Force majeure
The Seller is exempt in the event of force majeure.

Article 12 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lausanne, Vaud canton.
