Designed by our half-Japanese master brewer, Kinzan is a gluten-free rice beer that combines tradition and innovation to offer a unique and refreshing experience. Brewed with a delicate blend of rice, hops, and specific malts, it stands out for its lightness and purity. Best enjoyed chilled, this beer will delight even the most thirsty. 

White Trash Style | White   Alcohol content | 5 %

A journey to the heart of Bavaria! Whitetrash is a white beer with Munich influences, characterised by its sweetness and slightly spicy cereal notes. On the palate, it reveals citrus aromas that bring freshness and lightness. Ideal for an aperitif, it invites relaxation with a pleasant note of traditional yeast, reminiscent of the best beers from the region.

Calidris Style | Saison IPA   Alcohol content | 3.5 %

Light and delicate like the bird that inspires it, the Calidris is a smooth IPA. Unlike classic IPAs, it offers a controlled bitterness and a pleasant roundness. Its balance between aromatic hops and subtle malt makes it a beer enjoyable to taste, even for those who are not fans of excessive bitterness.
